The second session of the Baghdad International Dialogue Conference was held at the Babylon Rotana Hotel, which was in titled “Towards an Effective Regional Performance: Opportunities and Constraints”.

This session was moderated by  Dr. Suhad Ismail. As a group of researchers spoke, Dr. Hind Qassem Muhammad, and Dr. Haider Ali, Dr. Arkan Ibrahim, and Dr. Bassem Al-Lami.
