6th Baghdad Dialog Conference
The activities of the sixth Baghdad International Dialog Conference began at 9 a.m. last Saturday in the Great Hall of the University of Baghdad, under the golden sponsorship of the National Internet.
The conference, which is organized by the Iraqi Institute for Dialog and the German Carbo Foundation for Regional Dialog, is entitled "Discovering Regional Communication and the Pivot of Iraq."
The 6th International Conference brought together leading experts from West Asia, Central Asia, Europe and North Africa, with the aim of exploring regional connectivity. Attendees included 30 to 40 regional experts as well as Iraqi experts, who discussed topics that have the potential to stimulate regional cooperation and communication.
Topics discussed by the speakers included issues such as:
Power Delivery.
Environmental cooperation.
opportunities for regional economic integration.
a collective approach to global security.
The Great Power's Perspective on Regional Integration in the Middle East.
