Mark Kimmitt: Baghdad International Dialogue is very impressive
Mark Kimmitt, former US Assistant Secretary of State, spoke about the importance of shifting Iraq's focus from local to regional development.
Kimmitt stressed that regional economic exchange and free trade contribute to stabilizing Iraq, creating jobs and boosting the economy.
He sees the Baghdad International Dialogue Conference as essential to improving Iraq's international image, and recommends that such discussions be repeated frequently to host international experts.
