Washington Times journalist: The Baghdad International Dialogue is an influential platform for regional dialog

Prominent American journalist Tim Constantine of the Washington Times praised the Baghdad International Dialogue Conference organized annually by the Iraqi Institute for Dialogue, describing it as "an excellent conference" that brings together a group of high-level and experienced speakers and offers rich discussions on pivotal political and security issues concerning Iraq and the region.

Constantine emphasized that the conference is a "serious platform that offers realistic and viable solutions" to the complex challenges facing the Middle East, noting that the most prominent issues raised at the conference revolve around the future of stability in the region, particularly through promoting economic development and regional security.

He noted that Iraq has a unique opportunity to be a central and reliable mediator in facilitating dialogue and building bridges between countries in the region, and even between two great adversaries such as Iran and the United States, at a time when honest and effective mediation is urgently needed.

The American journalist added that the conference emphasizes the importance of regional dialogue and integration, and reinforces the image of Iraq as a pivotal player in building security and peace, noting that the participation of this number of international experts and personalities in the conference reflects the growing international confidence in Iraq's role.

This statement comes within the framework of the conference organized by the Iraqi Dialogue Institute, attended by prominent political, diplomatic and media figures, where the conference discussed issues of development, security and regional diplomacy, amid international praise for the level of organization and the topics of discussion.
