The Iraqi Institute for Dialogue publishes "The Diplomatic Portfolio" by Dr. Karrar Al-Badiri

The Iraqi Institute for Dialogue, in cooperation with Adnan House and Library in Baghdad - Al-Mutanabbi Street, published "The Diplomatic Bag" by Iraqi diplomat Dr. Karrar Anwar Al-Badiri, which is a qualitative addition to the Iraqi and Arab library in the fields of diplomacy, protocol and international negotiation.

The bag included three specialized books:

"Next Generation Diplomacy: Craft and Practice in the Global System" - in which the author addressed the shifts in diplomatic performance and working methods in a changing world.

"The Diplomat's Guide to Etiquette and Protocol" - A practical and elegant reference on behavioral and protocol rules for diplomats.

"Diplomatic negotiation between countries: Reconciling Enemies and Reclaiming Opposites" - reviews complex negotiation skills with adversaries and turns challenges into opportunities for convergence.

The publication comes at a time when Iraq is undergoing increasing efforts to rebuild its diplomatic toolkit, and these books provide a scholarly and practical guide for new and practicing diplomats alike.
