Director of The Iraqi Institute for Dialogue meets The Deputy Chief of Mission at Australian Embassy in Baghdad to discuss the Latest Developments in The Local and International Situation

 Dr. Abbas Radhi Al-Ameri, Director of the Iraqi Institute for Dialogue, met Australia’s Deputy Ambassador to Iraq, Partick Rashowski, at Iraqi Institute for Dialogue in Baghdad.

They spoke about the latest developments in Iraq and the international situation especially the developments in the Russian-Ukrainian war and its economic implications for the international community.

Dr. Al-Ameri also presented at the meeting, the Institute’s activities in research, studies, and opinion polls.

“Think tanks play an important role in decision-making around the world and achieve an in-depth understanding of regional and international issues to influence future policymaking,” Dr. Al-Ameri said. For his part, Mr. Rashowski confirmed his country’s support for all efforts leading to the stability of the political situation in Iraq, pointing out that “his country looks forward to expanding its relations with the think tanks in Iraq”.
