Diplomatic Negotiation between States

writer: d. Karar Anwar Al-Bdeiri

This book focuses on the diplomatic negotiation that takes place between States and Governments, with all its bargaining and mutual concessions, as a major and important tool for the settlement of international conflicts.

Diplomatic negotiation is the cornerstone of the state's communication with other countries, and it is also the basic building block on which the state depends in securing its interests and settling its differences and disputes with other countries peacefully based on persuasion and dialog, away from coercion and coercion.

And despite the increasing importance of diplomatic negotiation from researchers, experts, decision-makers, ambassadors and employees working in diplomatic missions who work to manage the interests of the state in the external environment, the Arab Library almost lacks a book on diplomatic negotiation in a way that monitors the contents of the negotiating process that takes place between countries, its strategies, principles, skills, stages and different methods from one country to another.

Therefore, this book came to focus on diplomatic negotiation between countries, and how to address the intersections that arise between them by knowing the negotiation paths, i.e. its methods, strategies, motives and foundations, the stages of the negotiation process, planning and preparation for it, and its results and principles in light of the Western and Islamic school.
