How the Arabs Rise

When the eighteen-year-old Omar Fakhoury published his first book, "How the Arabs Rise", the world was based on it, and he was almost imprisoned or worse if it were not for his young age and the mediation of the people of solution and contract with the then governor of Beirut, and the copies of the book were quickly confiscated and destroyed, leaving only rare copies that were republished in 1960; Almost 50 years after the first edition. What did the book contain of ideas that worried the Ottoman governor and feared that they would resonate with the high door of Astana? In fact, the book was a new call to embrace Arab nationalism and adhere to its elements of a common language and history to restore the glory of the Arabs and their ancient civilization and freedom from the shackles of the Ottoman Empire, which is decaying, indicating the duties of all young people and thinkers to achieve the goals of this call and make it a reality.
